This workshop was specially designed with the contemporary Christian leader in mind, however, it didn't take long to see that the content is relevant and essential for laity and clergy leadership alike. Through this content rich instruction, believers, servants, and clerics will obtain a fundamental, basic understanding of the origin and history of the Christian church, the classifications and functions of church leadership, the types and uses of vestments and clerical attire, church protocol and liturgy, the ceremonies of the Church and so much more!

You can get together a group to partake in live sessions with Bishop Brooks, or (coming Spring 2021) you can purchase access to pre-recorded sessions.

I began preaching the gospel at 18 years old. My ministry has taken me to many places, while serving in many positions in only three churches. Today, I pastor a small local church in northern New Jersey and serve as the Presiding Bishop of a large communion of reformed Anglican-Pentecostal churches in the United States and abroad. I have spent years traveling across North America teaching and consulting pastors and leaders, preparing laity for ordination or ministry service and spreading the life-changing gospel of Jesus Christ! Point Made: A Clinic for Preachers
This workshop takes a quick look at the fundamentals of effective preaching in the 21st century context. We will cover what preaching is; methods of choosing a topic, text and delivery; and effective research methods. This clinic will be used as a primer for developing an entire class at a later date. Those who participate in this clinic will receive a considerable discount on the course when offered.
